Viewz is Danube Properties' first project in JLT, announced in February 2023 as a development worth more than AED 1.4 billion. The Dubai Land Department registers it as two projects, Viewz 1 (project 2554) and Viewz 2 (project 2560), each with 564 units: 560 homes (196 studios, 238 one-bedroom, 97 two-bedroom, 19 three-bedroom, 6 four-bedroom and 4 five-bedroom) and 4 commercial units. Construction stood at about 50% at the latest DLD inspection on 21 July 2026. DMCC and a regional projects site describe twin high-rise towers linked by two skybridges, with Aston Martin-furnished common areas and duplex "Sky Villas" with private pools high in the towers.

Cluster K sits beside Sheikh Zayed Road and the DMCC metro station, with Dubai Marina and JBR across the road. Danube lists more than 40 amenities, including pools, a gym, tennis court, jogging track, library, Japanese garden, business centre and a children's day care.

A five-bedroom Sky Villa suits a large family or buyer at the top of the market who wants one of the largest homes in JLT, with a private pool.
