West Residence is the first of six towers in Serenia District, Palma Development's AED 5 billion masterplan designed by Nikken Sekkei. The Dubai Land Department lists it as project 3408 with 423 units: 419 homes (252 one-bedroom, 125 two-bedroom and 42 three-bedroom) and 4 commercial units. Construction stood at 2.82% at the latest DLD inspection on 11 May 2026. A Palma press release describes a 46-storey tower with homes from one to three bedrooms up to two signature penthouses, built by Khansaheb under an AED 760 million contract. The wider district plans six lifestyle zones, a signature clubhouse and around 20 km of walkways.

Serenia District sits beside Jumeirah Islands, close to JLT, DMCC, Uptown Dubai and Dubai Marina, with views toward JBR and the Marina skyline from higher floors. Gulf News reported more than 40 amenities, including infinity pools, indoor padel courts and residents' lounges.
