Eltiera Views is an Ellington Properties development in the centre of Jumeirah Islands. The Dubai Land Department lists it as project 4116 (Ellington PCFC Developers) with 1,185 units: 1,180 homes (676 one-bedroom, 396 two-bedroom, 104 three-bedroom and 4 four-bedroom) and 5 commercial units. The latest DLD inspection on 5 December 2025 recorded 0% construction progress. Amenities include rooftop infinity pools (one family, one adults-only), a vitality pool, padel courts, a cinema, a dance studio, co-working space and what Ellington describes as its largest gym.

Agency pages give drive times of about 8 minutes to JLT, 10 to 15 minutes to Dubai Marina and JBR, 15 minutes to Palm Jumeirah and around 20 minutes to Downtown Dubai, with Ibn Battuta Mall and Dubai Marina Mall the nearest malls. Our feed tags this project under JLT, but published sources place it in Jumeirah Islands, and because we could not confirm its Dubai Land Department area, we have not added area sales data here.
