About this property

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Burj Azizi offers 813 sq ft on Sheikh Zayed Road in Trade Center First, priced from AED 5,143,000 (about AED 6,326 per sq ft), with handover expected in Q3 2030.

Burj Azizi is being developed by Azizi Developments and is planned to be the world's second-tallest building at 725 metres, a height confirmed by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) and by Azizi's launch announcement in February 2025. The Dubai Land Department lists it as project 3257, registered in September 2024, with 1,072 units: 825 one-bedroom, 156 two-bedroom, 45 three-bedroom, 30 four-bedroom and 15 five-bedroom homes, plus one commercial unit. Alongside the homes, Azizi plans an all-suite seven-star hotel, a seven-floor vertical shopping centre, a beach club and an observation deck on level 130.

The tower stands on Sheikh Zayed Road between Downtown Dubai and Dubai World Trade Centre, with DIFC, Dubai Mall and the Museum of the Future a short drive away. Azizi lists residents' facilities including swimming pools, wellness centres, saunas, gyms, cinemas, a residents' lounge and a children's playground. CTBUH records AE7 as the architect and Gardinia as the main contractor; the floor count is given as more than 131 by Azizi and 133 by CTBUH.

A one-bedroom with two bathrooms suits a buyer who wants a home in a landmark supertall on Sheikh Zayed Road, either as a city base or a long-term hold. One-bedroom units are by far the largest group in the tower, according to DLD records.
