Samana Mykonos is a Greek-island-themed building by Samana Developers, launched in February 2023 as an AED 170 million project alongside Samana Santorini. Shared amenities include pools, a jacuzzi, leisure decks, a rooftop theatre and solar panels.

Dubai Studio City sits off Umm Suqeim Road (D61) and Al Qudra Road, close to Dubai Autodrome, Motor City, Sports City and Dubai Miracle Garden. A 2023 launch report gave drive times of about 10 minutes to Global Village and 15 minutes to Mall of the Emirates and Palm Jumeirah.
