Richmond District is a branded residential development by MIRA Developments located in Al Furjan, Dubai. The project is created in collaboration with UK designer John Richmond and is presented as one of the first master-planned branded developments in the area. The architectural concept combines contemporary design with traditional mashrabiya elements, forming a distinctive façade that adapts to light, enhances privacy, and contributes to climate control.

The development offers studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments. All residences are fully furnished by John Richmond, with interiors designed as part of a unified branded concept. The project includes a shared podium integrating retail, wellness, and leisure functions, forming a connected residential environment. Layouts are designed for efficient use of space and everyday living.
