The project is designed around an astronomy theme. Binghatti's brochure describes an observatory deck on the amenity podium with telescopes and viewing areas, an Observatory Dome, a "Meteor Trail" lighting feature on the façade, and a double-height lobby with a fibre-optic constellation ceiling.
