Binghatti and Bugatti bring the world's first Bugatti-branded residences to Business Bay, 182 units, 11 sky-mansion penthouses, and garage-to-penthouse car lifts.
The forthcoming project will focus on delivering the exclusive Bugatti lifestyle, which revolves around unparalleled experiences at the esteemed Château Saint-Jean, the official home of Bugatti. These experiences will encompass extravagant parties, exquisite cuisine, and a lineup of esteemed drivers and celebrities from the era.
The two like-minded brands will create a unique residence that translates Bugatti's philosophy and design DNA, "Art, Forme, Technique", into an architectural masterpiece.
Located in Business Bay, the 50-floor uber-luxury project will house 182 units and 11 sky mansion penthouses occupying the entire floor.
The first Bugatti residence will house a Riviera-inspired beach, private pool, jacuzzi spa, fitness club, chef's table, private valet, private members club and two garage-to-penthouse car lifts.
Interestingly, the ultra-high-net-worth residents of Bugatti Residences will be able to drive into the lift and then straight into their floor, as each unit will have a dedicated parking space. The highest penthouse will have 20 slots for parking, and one of the floors will have exhibition space for the special cars of the people living there, too.
